Proctor/Independent Living
So this is my first time in the whole proctor setting, and so far it really sucks. It made me realize just how much I really do have at home, and just how important family really is. I miss my family a lot, and it’s been really hard adjusting to the program. Not only that, but getting a job is also really hard. I’ve turned in quite a few applications and haven’t heard from any of them. Also it feels a lot like being extremely grounded; I don’t have hardly any freedoms at all. No more going to the gas station for a soda whenever I want, no more hanging out with my homies. Proctor really sucks.

I am with you it really sucks in procter have been in it for 3 years.

Yea it really sucks you dont get any freedoms! But you gotta do what you gotta do to change it!
Proctor does sucks but it always dipends on who is your proctor parents and it dipends on you to so yea but when ever you get out i know you gonna learned something from it cuase i did so just keep your head up high and dont let no one bring you down

Ill rather be in independent living you have more freedom
