This I Believe

I believe in that I can change and overcoming any challenges that life brings me. I have overcome a lot in life. I have overcome my drug addiction and I’m able to stay clean because most of all I believe in my self.

The Dream

Dependance will be Your Demise

Now a days many things are taken for granted, at some point in time someone had a thought of making an organization, system, machine or something that would feed the populations nonstop demand for resources. Not any specifics just everything; supermarkets, churches, gangs, jails, friends, parents are all dependency’s, and there’s nothing wrong with any of these things, depending on who the person is and whether they work for the individual or not…but my case was more unfortunate.

My childhood wasn’t perfection but it had one component that made it tolerable a mother. My dad I’d say lost control of his better will or judgment in to occasions the first was in the mid 1950’s when his parents died; from there he went from place to place trying to find a place to live, he went to orphanage to avoid adoption because if he would have done so back then he would had to change his last name and that was something he didn’t want to happen. The seconded was dew to the witnessing of his girlfriend cheating on him since then the only worthy thing that’s happen to him is the fact that he can have his genes carried on through me. But in recent years he’s devoted his time away from me to try to figure out who he is; that neglect has caused a premature development to occur in my life which has taught me a lesson that to be dependent is to be weak because if my source go’s so do I.

My ambitions are when I turn 18 or when I find a way im going to go see my real mom and wether I get out of the system or I don’t im going to try anyway cus me and my real moms never got to see each other much.i guess it was her fault.now its my fault cus im locked up. I gonna get put down for the set I was suppose to get put down when I was 13 but I got locked up but ive been putting in so much work these last 4 years when I do get put down ill be a shot caller.im going to get my own place in 2 months. So when that happens im gonna start all this planning.

I believe in karma if you do good things good things will come back to you in the end I also believe in staying true to what you believe in and always stand up for what you believe in don’t let some one tell you that your beliefs are wrong.

I believe in loyalty between friends if you are friends or homies you should never turn your back on them or lie for nothing you should never do them wrong like getting wit there girl or steal there more or steal any thing from them at all. I believe that family should stick together and love each other no matter what happens, and by all means protect each other and do what ever it takes to make each other happy.

What I believe in is that if I put my mind to it and stay focused that I can graduate high school and go to college on a basket ball scholarship and hopefully make it to the NBA I feel and think that I am that good and I can always get better in what ever needs work whether its my shot, my defense, lay ups, or my dribbling skills and I can always learn new thing from other people.

What I believe in is respect and trust because too me those two things are super important for real like if you don’t got that then its hard too even have anyone their for you. Because no one wants someone who’s not easy too trust or some one that doesn’t respect you too have respect for some one is too always know when it’s a right time too say some thing like you cant be calling people certain names without knowing you got them or they got you because then that’s just a sign of disrespect. Trust is another big thing because you have too be able too let or have people re-lie on you on certain things like making sure you got them and they got you for real and too make sure you can tell them anything with out them telling someone else what you just told them.

I believe that family should all ways should stay together and that they should never break up and another thing I believe in is that we are all a like and that there should not be any racial comments or people because we all bleed the same color we all have the same thing like nose ears etc…

I Believe in Faith

This is what I believe I believe in faith because I know than when you have faith you can do anything is like some power in this earth, when I first came here I had faith and everything is going on good I mean excellent. Do you know what faith is? For me faith is something that exit but you can’t see, you can feel it if you really have it so. Since I have faith I changed my life I did because I just believed in myself and my faith each day is growing up.

What I Believe In

This I believe in is that you give is what you get. For example, when you do something good then you get something good in return, or if you do something bad then vise versa.
The reason why I say this is because I just barely realized it and that it happens a lot in my life. My whole life I just have been doing bad stuff so that’s all I have been getting in return. I would steal and I would get stolen from or I would smoke and I would get into trouble for it later. I hope to do better at this even at life because it hasn’t been getting me nowhere except the same spot, not moving an inch, I am tired of living the same life style I want something in return.

I believe in pride every person has the right to be proud of who they are and not have people tell them they are to big headed every person should have pride for who they are and never change for anyone I’m not here to impress anyone but myself! Pride is my favorite word and I love who I am and I will never let anyone take my pride or hold me down.

I believe in love because even when you get hurt a million times there is always going to be someone out there who does care and appreciates you and all the people who did you wrong will have carma. So love like you have never been hurt and keep your head up!

I believe in respect you should always respect people no matter how much you hate them and cant stand who they are or what they do everyone deserves respect unless they disrespect you no one in this world is better than you and nobody should act like they are. Respect is a big part of who I am and I never was taught to respect I have always thought I was better than everyone else until I got older so yah.


I believe in people not discriminating I guess it could go along with respect but like for gays I believe we all should have the opportunity to get married and we should all get treated the same.

I believe in god because he is always there for me. When I need him the most he’s their for me by my side. I can trust and look up to god when there is trouble in the air. When it comes to forgiveness I’m there to get my covidents back to me. If I had no god with me when there is trouble in my life I would not be where I’m right now. If I had no god I would still is in lock up and not seeing my family.

My beliefs is in a world without war and government

Example: no more taking kid from there parents
No more shooting innocent people

EXPLAIN: we all depend on the government to tell us what to do but in reality this is supposed to be a country where we make our own choice and learn from them on our own not have to have someone else punish us.

My Pride

I believe in pride because I’m proud to be a Mexican all the way, and you can judge me for who I’m and you could take advantage of me but you know what. You will never ever ever ever!!! Will take my pride for who I’m, When I say I’m a Mexican I say it with my head up high and with my pride. I thank god for sending this life for me I don’t care what you say I’m a true proud paisa!!!

I believe in change I think change is a very important role in our life today because change is the one thing in our world and every thing in it is changing every single second. And the more the world changes the more stuff that is invented or it’s improved to better quality. And the more cures that are invented the more life’s that are saved. I can give you two examples by saying: [1] since I was at my last home my life has changed so much I get as angrier as I did before.

I believe in freedom so that I can be able to do what ever I want to with out a parole officer hanging five years over my head if I catch another felony plus the time that y.p.a Youth Parole Authority gives me but I don’t want to go that route I just want to get off parole and live my life. well some people are wondering why im on parole well I went to Decker lake for a year and a half for four counts aggregated armed robbery and this is what I need freedom from I only got four more months on parole I have to do six months straight on parole good time with out fucking up and I can get of parole and the other reason I need freedom is because im 18 now and I don’t need any body to look over my shoulder and livin my life four me that’s not what I want.

A feeling of Peace

You see yourself on a mountain looking out over the horizon there is a steady wind blowing past you. You study the landscape closely the tree to the far left is being occupied by various life; a few crickets throughout the grass Robbins patiently perched on the branches eyeing the bugs closely, hyper active sparrows running across the ground eager to catch a meal that won’t seem to come easy. You look to the right a large bolder stands out it looks to have been separated from a colony of other large rocks far north of the valley. A grassy field covers the area, down the middle a heard of animals deer to be specific looks to have stopped for a little rest the youth joyful wrestle and play while the adults congregate by lake to rejuvenate there tired bodies from the long journey. And then you tell your self “I’m glad I took a hike today”.

Shakespeare

This week I will Wright about Shakespeare and how he relates to our lives today Well let me see I think that his plays a good source of knowledge for us to see how life back then was like with our tvs our radios our cell phones I think that it must of been hard for them oh yah we also have cars and we also believe that you can take more then one shower pre year so I think we take advantage of our modern day stuff.

Well today I going to talk about what I think why we go to war I had to do this for my sociology class. This question can be one of the most daunting questions of all time. Well this is what I think we go it’s because we are so blinded by our pride and we sometimes act in a negative way. I believe pride can blind us from reality. We also go to try to get our point across and we think the only way to get it is through war, and power. We are in Iraq to try to stop terrorism but I strongly believe we went for other reasons to besides that and probably for oil to.

Its all most been four months since my homie committed suicide in October. I was locked up when it happen I remember when my mom told me he committed suicide it was one of the saddest days of my life I should have been out maybe if I was still out he wouldn’t have done it and he would still be here.

My home visit got taken away

Okay, so I got my ho0me visit taken away on Monday ugh I was super upset you don’t even know I only got my visit taken away just because my sisters came too see me on Saturday when they got permission from my proctor mom and then my case manager totally flipped out on my proctor mom saying that she was a bad proctor mom because she didn’t ask for permission from him which shouldn’t even be any of his business for real like its her house and it should be her rules…
So now I can’t have my weekend for valentines’ which is hella wack!
Because I was looking forward in going home and now that plans ruined!!
So yea now ima going too have too wait 2 months just too go home now
Which really sucks?

Today is a suck butt day because I was supposed to go home today for good but I got in trouble so I have to stay here for two more weeks and people keep reminding me about going home and it is pissing me off because im not even trying to think about it but I o well I will be home in two weeks that will be here before you know it and I will be home free not having to listen to anybody or be around any body that I don’t like so that will be koo because I been out her for eight months already and altogether I have been locked up for nine and a half months so I cant wait to go home.

Friday the 13th

This blog I will talk about today seeing that today is my lucky day because it is a Friday the thirteenth and Friday the thirteenth is my favorite day as well because other people rant as lucky as me so it feels like other people are in my shoes and I am in theirs. Today the remake of the first Friday the thirteenth movie comes out I am so excited because I love those movie besides the nightmare on elm street I wish they would make a new one of those. So yah that will be my blog for this week so have a happy Friday the thirteenth ever one.

Last Friday

I’m so exited because today is my last day here probably I’m going to another high school because my case manager wants me to go but the good thing is I already done with all mine credits is so good because I want to go to the air force and I have my high school diploma. Everything is going on good such I planed for my own good.

This Week

This week’s blog is just on how my week went. My week was messed up because let me start you out with Saturday, I got accused of smoking weed and I didn’t but I came up positive for tobacco, and that wasn’t to great but then Monday and Tuesday went fine and then Wednesday came and I got my level dropped and my home visit got to took away, and so I felt crappy the rest of the week, but I got to go shopping so I kind of felt better so hopefully next week goes better for me but the bust thing I could do next time it happens is not to get an attitude and throw a fit, because everybody has bad weeks it just hits you harder at different times.

Does Shakespeare Relate to us?

I think Shakespeare doesn’t relate to us today because we are not the same people and we don’t have the same background as theme, but I think that maybe some people relate to it but me I say Shakespeare doesn’t relate to me, I don’t know way. Well Shakespeare is cool reading it sometimes but it is funny and its cool learning how they use to get married and how they use to talk and other stuff and how they lived and its cool learning but how it don’t relate to us because we don’t do some of the stuff the did back in the day but some stuff maybe relate to other people like other religions today.

Going back to Indepenence

Well I’ve been waiting for this day ive made it happened I love this day. Because this day is the last day of the term and I passed all my classes and that was the promise that me and my case worker made. If I passed all my classes I could get a job and go to my old school IHS and I want to go back because teachers help me a lot their. I like summit high but it isn’t the school for me the only school for me is IHS and I don’t know why the teachers respect me and I respect them I think of us as a united school we help out each other in any thing the officer that goes there gets to know you really good they give you that trust and I like that but at this school I got respect for Ben, Lesli, Matt, Jessica, Russ, Jennie, Jason, Joe, and all the Counselors and my grandpa Doug I don’t know when I might leave but its going to be in these days. And hope all the people here go back home or where they want to go I wish the best to all and my enemies too.

I’m writing how corrupt and controlling the system is, and the fact that they think they can fix everything there way it just pisses me off. My opinion is I don’t think we need any form of government we are smart enough as people today to choose wrong from right and govern our own selves we don’t need all these laws the government puts out there. They also don’t need to be taking kids out of there homes away from there families they should just let people be who the people want to be not what society wants them to be.

Valentines

I like Valentines Day it’s a loving day that’s if you have someone if not then you can get a valentine and if you don’t oh well. You can make valentines to everyone. I like Valentines Day because I love hearts and I love making valentines cards. And give them out to my family and my friends Today im going on a home visit and im happy because I get to see my daughter. She’s my little princess that I adore. And I get to spend time with my family and next Friday im moving schools and going to a different foster home .Im really sad because I don’t want to move. Because I already spend a night at my new foster home just to see how it was and I hate it so bad. I get to do more things when I move there but I don’t want to move there. Im doing good in school here and want to stay and not get moved. I want to keep doing good and not move away in a lonely town were no one goes out because the town is small im more of a city girl and moving there weren’t be good for me at all. Well see what happens when I go to court. I want to tell the judge I don’t want to move. And I really don’t like my case worker because she isn’t honest with us at all. She tells us lies all the time. She really nice to us but what she does I don’t like one bit. But I guess I can’t do anything about it.

It’s been so long since I have been around my family. I love my family. I miss all of my family they are the one’s that inspire me on making it through all these stuff that I have to go through. One of the things that I’m doing is making it through school so that when I get out of here I can make it to college. When I go to have a visit I go nuts to see my family because of all the things that my mom lets me do. If I complete this last program I can be able to make home to my family. I love my family and I can’t wait to see them today and having all the fun that I can possible get. So ill be happy that I can see them at lest.

School is boring

I think going to school is getting really boring because people get sick of doing the same stuff over and over again. I also agree that school is good for you and that it helps you learn new stuff but just can’t stand getting up at 6:00 am in the morning every day just to go to school. So I think we should go to school like every other day.

Super Bowl

The super bowl was tight when I was watching it on the first of this month and it was tight because its football and the Arizona cardinals went and played with the Steelers and I was going for the cardinals because there from Arizona and I’m from there to and I was so proud of theme because they haven’t went to the super bowl for a long time and I like the wide receiver is really good and so is quarter back and I haven’t went to one of there football games since I was a little kid. But watching it was cool with my Proctor’s and it was tight and we were yelling and we ate lots of food and I was mad when Cardinals lost the super bowl they almost won the game it was close to wining the super bowl.

Valentines Day

Valentines Day is one of my favorite holidays I get to spend time with the ones I love most and I get my first home visit thank God I get to have my son all weekend I'm so excited to go home. I have not seen my family for 3 weeks now and its so hard to be away from them I can't wait to give my son his Valentines gift this weekend yay . . . My family is the absolute best family ever I can count on them for anything I love and miss each and every one of them it’s so hard not being home but I am doing the best I can so my judge can see I have changed I am trying so hard to show my family and every one else I have changed this time for reels. I hate living my life with regrets I just want the best life for me and my son Dominick.

7 more days

In seven more day’s my life is goanna change complete lit, but is all good a longest I’m cool with it that’s all it matters. In seven day’s I’m going to be a different person I’m going to love my life even more. I been waiting for this moment for a long time and I know that my life is going to be so different and who ever wants to get in the way im going to fill so sorry for them. And it’s funny because every body wants to know what’s in seven days but I guess ya have to wait 2/20/09 my life is going to change for good.

I am so proud of myself I got 103/92 on the quiz yesterday. I have never done that well on a quiz before I will always remember how well I did. I will always think of it when I am taking a test or quiz. It shows that I can do it and if I just put my mind to it. I can always look back on it when ever I am doubting myself and my ability to do well. I love the fact that I can tell my mom how well I did and know that she is proud of me. I know now that it just takes time and don’t rush it.

My Sociology Class

Well I’m going to talk about my sociology class .In my sociology class we were learning about how we interact with others and about different cultures and religion and why we go to war. This really helps me understand more about what’s going on with the world and our society. It helps me not be so judge mental but helps me understand why they do things they do it all has a meaning and reason why. I’m able to talk to other people I wouldn’t have before and kind of understand there culture because of the things my teacher Russ taught us. I like that class a lot it makes me want to be a better person and understand more about the war and kind of understand the other side to.

We can learn just much now from Shakespeare then if we lived back then because we for one have better ways to understand his writing then they did back in the days that he was around and the kids of today are way more educated then kids back then. I think though that he still influences us today in some no most ways. And we can all learn more than we already know if we pick up some of the amazing books he created when he was still alive those books teach us about life back then and how they lived and makes us realize how lucky we are today to have the stuff we have that they did not have so yes we still learn from him.

Shakespeare

Well people say and ask me why is shake spear still so famous and well I think is that. He was a great hit in his time a really great hit and if he was so famous back then I think he would be famous now it is so obvious. And now because we use and learn about his plays and poems and we use all those things today and even more then before. And because he always tried to well make sense to the people but at the same time make everything rime well the words for and example “we shall cherish cherish we shall” kinda like that and people like that because no one had thought about that and he was the first one that did it and I think its pretty cool that is my opinion in all this many people say it is not true but that’s them and this is me.

Yes, I think that Shakespeare relates to life to day because we wrote about the things people do, and how people act. I think that the world changes but people do not. We keep the same types of emotions and we always have the same type of people. And we do the same things to each other. And if it didn’t relate producers wouldn’t be able to make movies biased on the books that he wrote in the 16th century. So yah that is why I think that Shakespeare relates to today.

I think Shakespeare influence in our lives in some ways but not like before, we have some words from Shakespeare besides we always learn something from his books.

At that time Shakespeare influenced in their lives like right now in some persons not all of us we have a good example, before if you were going to marry some lady before you marry her you had to pay her dad, they made the marriages of their children in this days never happen well like I said Shakespeare influence in some ways other example is the way the we talk this language so I think Shakespeare was a good influencer guy.

Does Shakespeare relate to our lives today? If so why and how If not why not?
I think that shake sphere does affect us well at least are generate not the fact the he was like super depressed I think it’s the fact that he did write poems and all that good stuff and in are generation a lot of people use poems and sayings that express something or how they feel about something.
Shakespeare takes a huge role in are lives today because he made 100’s of plays and has a lot of strong sayings that affect us a lot now such as love and stuff he express’s a lot of feelings and emotions.

I don’t think that Shakespeare relates to my life at all because I don’t do anything that they did during the Shakespeare times and nothing that happened when he was alive or what goes on in his plays or stories doesn’t even have any effect on my life so I don’t think that none of this relates to me my family or anything that I do.

Although it does relate to some people in the world but I don’t know how but I know that some people think that Shakespeare relates to them like a couple of people in class said that some of it relates to there life but I don’t remember what they said but the way they talk or dress does not relate to me but the way that some of the people talk do relate to my life a little bit because there are people that are fake and there are people that are rude and rich and poor so I guess that relates to me a little bit but other then that no it don’t.

And some of the things they did we don’t do them like they showered once a year and it was mostly in may. A lot of things have change over the years we know more now then what they knew then we are better educated. Girls have more right and freedom now than they did before. Before there parents chose who they married, girls couldn’t act in the plays they didn’t have equal right. Some of Shakespeare plays do kind of relate to people life today now days that’s why we’re still learning about him 600 years later he was a good English writer and he’s a important person we need to learn about.

I think Shakespeare doesn’t relate to us today. Because they did things different that we don’t do. For example they would hang people up in cages if you did a crime or you would be on those wood things. And people would hit the people that were in the cages and would make fun of them and always throw stuff at them. Now days people that get in trouble go to jail and jails way different then what they us to do. They stay in a cell with a toilet and a bed. And they feed them everyday and don’t let people get in fights even though they sometimes do. And the people that work at the jail respect you. And something else they did different from us was they would get married for the money or because they liked the girl and they were really fake and say they love each other like the first day they saw them. And now days its totally different we date for months then say we love them. also boys now days don’t have to wait till the older sister gets married. So I think it doesn’t relate to us at all.

Does Shakespeare relate to us today?

I don’t think anything really relates to us today they have many different relationships today and back then they had to pay the father if they wanted to marry his daughter.

Their relationships back then were pretty difficult once the man and women were married then the man could do anything to her and with her ( ; the father no longer had control or power over his daughter.

Our relationships now are totally different we have our freedom to do as we please men marry women men marry men women marry women it’s our choice and our time now is much better then their days.

Yes I think he is a very important part in our lives cause if he wasn’t their then we wouldn’t know how to say anything like our words would come out like gibberish cause he made a lot of new words up like so that we could understand each other more better cause if he didn’t we would be like huh to every word that every one is saying to you so I think he is a really important part in our lives but that’s just what my opinion is on it.

I think shakespeare is very important in our lives because he tells us about history and it is something we should know about him is that he was a very famous writer he also wrote thousands of plays most of the plays he wrote. I also think he was so famous because he had built the glob twice once when it accidently got burnt down and then he decided to try and rebuild it and then they continued performing their.
