Change is Better
Something that has changed my life is therapy because I’ve learned new things like how to control my anger (not that I do that) and how to say no and not do things I don’t want to do. Back then I would do things with out thinking first but now I think before I act and as far as my anger well I know how to cope with it and stuff but sometimes I don’t want to I just want to freak out if you know what I mean. How these changed my life is by me learning my boundaries better. Something else that has helped me change my life is by me learning to not hold grudges over my family now that I don’t do that I get along with my family better.

Thats cool but your the only one that can change your life people could tell you so much stuff like lets say how to control your anger or some your the one who chuses to get pist off or not

I think it's really great that you feel like therapy has helped you. I know it's helped me get past things that my family has done to me. You have a very positive attitude! You're an amazing person. And you don't seem like an angry person.. lol

therapy is vey good and useful don't think because you have a therapist that its a bad thing everone needs help now and again the more the better just think of how it helped with your anger and thinking before acting those are the kind of things that will help you get what and where you want to in life nxet time you see him or her say thank you hell give'em a hug why don't ya
